Do I need an account to purchase with The Barwagon?

No, you are not required to create an account to purchase products with The Barwagon. However, with an account with The Barwagon, you will be able to keep track of your order history with us!

How do I place an order?

Select the product items and click “Add To Cart” to add items to your shopping bag. You may continue browsing for other products or, complete your order by clicking on the shopping cart (top right-hand corner) to check out.

The product I am interested in is sold out. What should I do?

We're sorry about it! You can choose to join the waiting list to express your interest and we will let you know once the item is restocked. You may also subscribe to our newsletter for first-hand updates.

I signed up for email updates but I did not receive any emails. Why?

You can add our email address info@thebarwagon.com to your email address book to prevent our emails from landing in your junk/spam folder. Also, do check that you have provided us with your correct email address.

Does The Barwagon have a retail store?

Currently we do not have a physical store available for walk-ins.


Order & Payment

How do I pay for my order?

We accept payment via all Visa, Mastercard, American Express cards, Paypal for express checkout as well as Apple Pay.

What currencies do you accept?

Payment will be charged in Singapore Dollars.

How long does it take for order confirmation after I've made payment?

Your order will be confirmed immediately. An order confirmation email will be sent to your inbox.

Can I make any changes to my order after confirmation?

We are sorry that we are unable to make any changes once your order has been confirmed in order to process your order efficiently.

Do you have a phone number I can contact you at?

I did not receive a reply to my email. What should I do?

Please give us up to 2 business days to reply to your emails. It'll also be great if you can check your spam/junk folder in the event our email lands there.


Delivery

Are there free shipping options available?

Yes, we offer free courier delivery with a minimum spending of S$85 for local orders.

What are the delivery options (Singapore) available?

Please refer to our Shipping and Delivery page for more information.

What are the delivery options (International) available?

We do not have shipping options for international orders at the moment, but we are working on it to serve overseas customers.

When will my order ship?

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days after order confirmation.

When will I receive my order (Singapore)?

Orders within Singapore will take 2 to 4 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes, your order will be shipped via Ninja Van and you will receive your parcel ID in your email.

I have not received my order. What should I do?

Please drop us an email at info@thebarwagon.com after 10 business days from order confirmation if you have not received your package.

Do you have a shop I can pick my order up at?

Currently we do not have a physical store available for self-collections.


Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?

We have a 7-business day return policy from the date of item receival for any products purchased.

Is my item eligible for a return?

Products must be in brand new condition with its original tags and packaging intact, unused and unwashed.

The Barwagon will not complete returns should you purchase our products from a third party, thus the invoice order email for your product will be required for further confirmation.

If the above conditions are not met, The Barwagon reserves the right to deny your return. Shipping fees will have to be paid for for the items to be shipped back to you.

How/when do I return my item?

Please drop us an email at info@thebarwagon.com for more information. Within the email, please indicate the order number and product which you would like to return.

May I opt for a cash refund upon returning my purchase(s)?

Cash refunds are not provided for returns.

Will I be reimbursed for return delivery charges?

We will not reimburse return delivery charges.

May I drop-off my returns package personally at The Barwagon’s office?

Yes, please drop us an email at info@thebarwagon.com if you wish to do a drop-off.

I have received a defective or incorrect item. What should I do?

We sincerely apologize for our oversight. Please drop us an email at info@thebarwagon.com with your order number and a photograph of the defected or incorrect item and we will advise you on how to process next. Postage will be incurred by The Barwagon and exchange for the original product will be processed. All returned items must be received in its original condition with its tag intact, unused and unwashed.

In the event that the product you originally purchased is sold out, the amount will be reimbursed to you in the form of Gift Card.


Gift Cards

May I exchange a Gift Card value for cash?

Gift Card value cannot be exchanged for cash.

What are the Gift Card denominations available?

We have denominations of S$10, S$30, S$50 and S$100 available.

How long will my Gift Card be valid for?

Gift Cards have a validity of 1 year from date of issue.
